Sword Fighting Show Down

"Alright....I'll have to make something to wrap around your stomach afterwards."

We soon got back to the camp. Elandri was asleep over where I had out her down.(Okay, I know that soubds kind of stupid, but since El isn't here, I have no idea what else to do with Elandri!) Surprising she was actually tired.

I lied Lynn down on the ground and pressed down(That's how I would apply pressure, right? I really have no idea....)on her stomach a little.

(Oh well, El can cover her ground when she gets back. And I think pushin down on someone's stomach could be adding pressure. I'm sure it would help. ^-^)

As Jonathan put me down on the ground, he pushed down a little on my stomach. I forced opened my eyes then, looking at my stomach. As his hands put pressure on my stomach, I flinched. But I tried to contain myself, not moving too much.

(Okay!)

The bleeding finally stopped. I sighed. If she had lost a little more blood, it would've been very bad. Actually, it already was very bad, but you get what I mean. I sat down next to her and rubbed my ankle a little, hoping that would some how stop the pain.

The bleeding finally stopped. And once it did stop, I examined the wound. It looked pretty bad. So I layed back down, resting my head on the grass. Then I turned my head to Jonathan. It looked like his ankle was bothering him again.

"Thanks," I nearly whispered to him, my voice still weak.

"You're welcome," I said, my vouce full of pain. "Oh, yeah. That girl finally woke up. Her name's Elandri."

"Really?" I asked. "That's....nice....." I looked over at her. She was apperantly sleeping again.

"Yeah. She got up, and we went back to the field where we fought so she could get her pack. We came back here and after you didn't come back, I went to look for you, as you know." I said.

"I'm glad you did," I whispered under my breath. I'm not sure if he heard me or not, so I spoke again, this time, louder. "At least she's okay,"

"Yeah. I'm glad she is. How about you?"

I shrugged slighty. "I've been better," I sighed. I reached down for my necklace, because it always made me feel a little better. But when my hand couldn't find it, I freaked out.

I noticed her expression got a little freaked, so I decided to ask what was wrong.

"Is something wrong?"

"M-my necklace! It's gone!!" I replied, sitting up straight. Of course, that hurt my wound. But I tried to stand completely up anyway.

"Woah, woah!" I yelled, trying to stop her from getting up. "Be careful! Do you want to start bleeding again? Okay, calm down. When did you last see it?" I asked.

I layed back down, my stomach in terrible pain now. And I thought back to the last time I saw my necklace....
"Well....I had it with me when I had pinned down that guy....And I remember the guy slashing at my neck.....It probably fell off then!" I concluded.
Jonathan was probably thinking I was crazy for freaking out about loosing a simple necklace, even with my life on the line. But he had no idea how important that neckalce was to me.....

"Okay....how about I go look around for it?" I asked. I figured this necklace must be important to her.

Okay, I was guessing that wouldn't be too bad.....
"Fine," I agreed. "Do you know what it looks like?"

"Yeah...it looks like a coiled up dragon with crystal eyes, right?" I asked.

"Yeah," I replied, taking a deep breath. I was suddenly short of breath. Nothing like hypervenalting or anything; I just had to catch my breath.

"Alright, I'll be right back. Don't try to get up." I said, adding emphasis to "don't". I walked off, again using my sword as a crutch. I soon came to where Lynn had been lying and started to search around.

I watched Jonathan walk off. Then I sighed, closing my eyes. It was very tempting to try to get up again; I hated feeling weak almost more than anything. But I followed his orders, and stayed lying down.

A few minutes later, I found the necklace a few feet away from where I had orginally been looking. It must of flown off or something when that guy attacked her. When I thought about that person, rage rushed over me. He'd almost killed Lynn, and I was going to find him. But for now, I just wanted to get back to Lynn. I stood up from the ground and started to walk back to our campsite.

I think I had drifted off to sleep or something. Because, what only seemed like a few minutes later, I was awoke by a sound of footsteps coming towards the campsite. But when I looked over at the direction the sound was coming from, I was thankful that it was only Jonathan.

I walked over to Lynn and sat down. I extended my hand next to her and opened it, revealing her necklace.

I quickly sat up, grabbing the necklace from Jonathan's hand. He had found it!
"Oh, thank you!!" I squeled gratefully, leaning over to hug him.

At first, I was a little surprised she was hugging me. But I got over it and smiled.

"You're welcome."
