Chance Meeting-An Avatar Story

Summer and I had been walking through the forest for about a day, and it seemed like we weren't getting any bit closer to Ba Sing Se. It was getting insanely hot out, even for me, a firebender. We were both sweating to death, so I decided to suggest we take a break.

"Let's stop for a minute." I said, sitting down on a large rock next to the "path" we had been walking on.

"Alright," Summer said, and even though she didn't show, I could tell she was glad we were taking a quick break.

I wiped my forehead, my hand becoming wet with sweat.

"Ech." I said in disgust, shaking my hand off. As I did so, I noticed something-no, someBODY-walking in the forest.

"Who...who's that?" I asked, pointing towards the figure.

(Alright, that's all I could think of. ^^')

look i want to be part of this, i feel left out. we shouldn't make things private.

(*sighs* Like Batgirl pretty much just said Eden, you can't be a part of this, because you know NOTHING about Avatar. This is a thread for roleplaying that Batgirl and I made, and therefore, it is considered "private". And, considering that we're admins and all, we know what the rules are. And pretty well, every other freakin' thread on this whole freakin' site is and open discussion thread. It's not gonna kill you if you can't post in ONE SINGLE FREAKIN' THREAD. I know we've already made our point, and, no, I'm NOT trying to pick a fight. I just wanted to make sure that things are 100% clear......)

(And now....Since all of this crap is out of the way, I'm gonna go ahead and post my part of the roleplaying thingy.)

"Um...." I started, waiting for everyone else to catch up. "Maybe you should go get it. Since Summer's already injured, I don't really think you should try to fight any more....Actually, I think it'd be best if we all left...." I started. "We can't risk the chance of getting caught. None of us have any further purpose here...." I said, figuring that it would be safer if we all tried to get out of here. We'd all finished what we were here to do in the first place. So why stick around?

~Summer~

Before Sorin could agree, I yelled.

"N-no!" I shouted, glaring at Star. "I am not l-leaving h-here until I kill that monster!" I yelled, making my stomach hurt a little more.

~Star~

"Then kill him." I stated, simply. "I'd hurry though, before he wakes up. That might make it easier." I had made that last part a little sarcastic, just to show the slight irritation that was growing slowly. No, of course it wasn't Summer's fault. I was irritated about something else...Something a little more important than my new friend here getting revenge.

~Summer~

I started to stand up, but Sorin spoke, putting his arms on mine to both help me and stop me.

"I don't think you should-"

" Can you just mind your own business and shut up for once, Sorin?!" I snapped back. Instantly, he took his hands away, a hurt look on his face. I tried to say something, but he didn't look like he was going to listen.

I just stood there, and watched as Summer snapped back at Summer when he tried stopping her from doing whatever she was planning to do.

~Summer~

I sighed, then reached down for my swords. Before I could grab them, I thought of something. Limping over to the warden, I reached down and grabbed his sword.

~Star~

I watched Summer grab for her swords, but then she stopped. She limped over to the warden, and grabbed his own sword. She was going to kill him with his own sword. Well, that was obvious; it's the reason why that confused me.

~Summer~

I looked at the sword, now recognizing it that I had a better look. It was obviously the sword he had used to kill my parents. The same blade, the same handle with some red jewel embedded into it. I felt disgust just being near it.

~Star~

Summer looked disgusted when she was examining the warden's sword. Maybe that explained why she wanted it. He must've used it to kill someone of importance to her...her parents. That was it; why didn't I realize that before?

I was watching Summer examine the sword, not really sure if I should say anything or not. Not like I had the chance to.
I noticed the warden open his eyes, rubbing his head.
