Ty Lee: *looks down at her stomach, now wrapped in guaze* Gosh....I feel like I need to repay you somehow, but....I just don't know how....

Slade: No, it's fine.

Ty Lee: A-are you sure....? You can't think of anything I could do back for you...?

Slade: Well, I might need some help cleaning up that hallway.

Ty Lee: *giggles a little* That I can handle...

Slade: *Lets out a small laugh then starts to walk out of the room. Looks back.* You should rest.

Ty Lee: *nods her head* You're probably right....
*lays back down on her bed, closes her eyes, and quickly goes to sleep*

Slade: *Walks out to the hallway and starts to pick up one of the dead soldiers.*

Ty Lee: *sleeps peacefully -yet painfully- in her room*

Slade: *All of a sudden, feels a cold blade in his back.* AGH!! *Turns around to find one more soldier, who was hiding in the tank, with his sword in Slade's back.*

Ty Lee: *is still asleep until she hears a scream, which wakes her up*

What was that?!

*sits up in her bed and weakly walks to the door, opens in a crack, and looks out just in time to see another soldier stabbing Slade in the back*

-gasp-

Slade: *Grabs the soldier's sword and pulls it forward, brining the soldier with it. He grabs the man by the back of his head and slams it against the wall, then grabs his gun and shoots him.*

Ty Lee: *sighs with relief* That was a close one...

Slade: *Lets out a pained grunt as he kicks a soldier out of his way to get back over to where Ty Lee is.*

Ty Lee: *walks back over to her bed and lays down, unable to sleep this time*

Slade: *Limps into the room and sits down in a chair, worn out from this ordeal.*

(Wait, is he in the same room Ty Lee is or not? I'm a little confused... )

(Yeah, sorry!)

(Oh, okay! I was just a little confused)

Ty Lee: *looks over at Slade* ...Are you okay...?

(Hmmm....what diabolical thing should I come up with next....I shall have to think.....)


Slade: I'm fine. I'm just not as young as I once was.

(Well, good luck with....thinking....)

Ty Lee: Hmm....*nods her head, closes her eyes, and drifts off to sleep*

(Ooooh....got it!)

Slade: *As he is about to fall asleep himself, he's feels a cold blade on his neck.* *Mumbles* Not again. *But this one speaks, in a raspy voice.*

Voice: You will tell me what I need to know, or I will kill you.

Ty Lee: *is still asleep, even though she's a light sleeper*
