Tsunade: It's a B-Rank mission. We believe this person had been ambushed. We found traces of blood and a fight where the person had last been seen. We have reason to believe they may be.....dead. But we have not confirmed this.

(Yesh, Tsunade IS purpsoely avoiding answering Sakura's question about who it is.)
