Write your own story

I had an idea that we could all write a story together. Like everyone writes a paragraph and leaves it for the next person to finish. For example: I type something like; The cold wind blew the fall leaves onto the path, hiding it from view. You would actually write more but then another person would go and write more, changing the story (as long as it makes since) however they want. Who wants to start.

Ok I'll sytart it off

She looked at the clear forbiddening water and gulped.

& as the got ready to jump in she hears something in the bushes

She turned around quickly
Oh gosh you scared me she said to the boy that stepped out of the bushes

the boy asks whsat are you doing

"Well it's a long story, but to summarize it all, I was dared to jump into this ocean from this cliff here."

"who would dare you to do a stupid thing like that?''

Maria made a face then looked back to the water. "I went to this party and a couple of popular girls just came up to me and said that if I wanted to be a somebody in this school that I had to do a dare. I said okay. When they told me I wasn't exactly thrilled, but I still want to have a life, so I am going to go through with it." She stopped. "Why do you care? You don't even know me."

We may not know each other but you still told me what your doing and if you jump in that lake you wont have a life anymore even if you did do you really think they will care they probably wont belive you if you want to be someone in that 'school' make a difference in somthing don't go jump in a lake.

Maria paused, then walked over to the blond haired guy. She held out her hand to shake and said "My name is Maria. Thank you so much for probably saving my life. But I have one question, why are you here?"

well my name is adam i like coming out here to explore, youre not the first one that they told to jump into that lake.

"Oh, really now? How many other's have there been then Mr. Adam?" She said mockingly.

about nine but why would you care

A shocked look crossed Maria's face. "I...I...Uh..." She stuttered. "To be honest, I thought you were lying. I'm sorry."

*looks downs with a half smile on face* nice to know....just get out of here *adam walks off into the woods*

Maria looks at Adam kind of confused. He had turned back blond hair sort of blowing as much as short hair can blow around, and called back. I wouldn't advise you to be here, they'll come to make sure you drowed off the cliff.
She quickly ran out of there looking back occasionaly.

as maria was running she started to think about adam like where he was going or if she would see him at school or ever again
