~Summer~

After what seemed like an eternity, Aleks stopped hugging me. He kind of ignored what Star said, so Ema answered for the both of them.

"Hi!" She said in her forever cheery voice. "I'm Ema, and this is Aleks," She said, gesturing towards Aleks.

"I'm Sorin," I suddenly heard Sorin say. Sorin. I'd forgot about him. I could feel my cheeks turning a slight tint of red, thinking about Aleks hugging me.

~Star~

I watched as Summer blushed when Sorin introduced himself. It was obvious she had forgotten about Sorin. I stifled a laugh.

"Hello Ema, Aleks," I said, as cheery as I could manage. "Do you guys live here?" I asked, talking about the village.


(Sorry it was so short. I couldn't think of much else to put. '^^)

~Summer~

"I'm not sure if "live" is the right word," Aleks remarked, and I cringed. I'd yet to tell them. "But yeah, we "live" here," He continued, putting air quotes around "live".

"What Aleks means is that...Well, the village is kind of...run by the Fire Nation," Ema clarified. I'm not sure how exactly, but she even made that sound cheery.

~Star~

"Oh." I stated, standing back up. My head started spinning again immediatly. "Sorry," I appoligized, laughing nervously. The girl, Ema, made the whole situation sound...cheerful, actually. If I had no idea what the Fire Nation was, I would've figured the whole ordeal to be a good thing.

I closed my eyes again, trying to get the spinning to go away. When I opened my eyes a few seconds later, everything was normal.

~Summer~

"So...um...do you guys want to come back to the village with us? We could probably sneak you in," Ema suggested, a smile on her face.

~Star~

Ema smiled as she suggested going back to the village. She said they could probably sneak us in.

"Uhm...sure," I answered, not sure whether everyone else would agree with me or not.
"What do you guys think?" I asked, looking at everyone else.

~Summer~

"Do you guys have food?" Sokka asked, holding his stomach.

"Yeah..Not much, but we have enough," Ema answered, her voice faltering for a moment. After she said that, basically everyone else answered "Yes!", very eagerly. Guess it HAD been a while since we'd eaten.

~Star~

The mention of food that stabbing pain in my stomach come back again. I gripped my stomach, and laughed nervously.

"Yeah, it seems like forever since I've last eaten anything. That's probably why I feel so light-headed." I was basically talking to myself.

Everyone had agreed to going back to the village with Ema and Aleks. They started back towards the village, and everyone followed suite.

~Aleks~ (I ish trying something new. )

Man...this was just...great. I mean, Summer was back! I...we hadn't seen her in years! It was so weird seeing her again...She seemed...different. But I guess people change after seven years.

The group she was travelling with was a really odd one. There was some kid with arrows on his head, two people that looked like they were from the Water Tribe or something, some little blind girl, some guy who had kind of given me a glare, and that girl who had been acting kind of strange.

Anyway, we started to head back to the village. I really had no idea how Ema planned on sneaking these people into our village.

~Star~

Aleks and Ema lead the way back to the village, and everyone else followed suite. Except for Summer, who was standing by Ema and Aleks, talking to them. I'm sure she was catching up. How long had she said it had been since she'd been to this village? I'm sure it had been a while.

After a few moments of walking, Ema notified us that we were nearing the village. So she started explaining the plan- how she would get us all into the village.


(Sorry that was short-ish. I couldn't think of anything else...again...'^^)

~Summer~

We had been walking only for a few moments, when Ema and Aleks suddenly "trapped" me. They each came up on either side of me, obviously wanting to talk. Let me tell you...I've done many dangerous and freaky things. But I can honestly say I was the most afraid I'd ever been right then. I was really wishing that Sorin wasn't behind me, talking to Sokka.

"So...how've you been?" Ema asked, cheerfully trying to start a conversation.

"Uh...okay, I guess," Not exactly sure what to say. I was still trying to gather up the courage to say those two words.

"What's with the weirdos?" Aleks asked.

"Aleks!" Ema scolded, looking at him with as much of a "stern" face as she could pull off. He just laughed.

After a few minutes of walking in silence, I spoke.

"Listen, Ema...I'm sor-"

"Now's not the most appropriate time, is it?" She asked, looking straight ahead, a small smile still on her face.

"But-"

"We're here," She said to everyone else, obviously trying to stop me.

I looked up, and there it was. The village.

"Okay, so, it should be pretty easy to sneak you guys in," She began. "The guards never really stay still. They're always patrolling, making sure that we...well, they're patrolling. We just have to wait until they're far enough away from the entrance, and avoid any soldiers until we can get to my house. It isn't that far from the entrance, so this shouldn't be hard."

~Star~

I had been following silently behind everyone else on the way to the village. When Ema and Aleks stopped, Ema started explaining how we were going to sneak into the village. I listened to the plan, taking everything in.

Once everyone knew what we were going to do, we started towards the entrance. I looked at the village in front of us. I saw a few soldiers walking around here and there, but not too many were by the entrance. As Ema had said, they were busy patrolling.


(Sorry I keep making my posts so short. I can't think of much else to put; I'm just following along with whatever you put. '^^)

(It's okay...I don't mind. By the way, I had mentioned before in the "Characters" thread about Ema's little brother's name, but I changed it to something I like better. Soo...yeah.)

~Aleks~

After any of the immeidately noticeable soldiers passed by, we snuck back into the village. We started to sneak behind some houses, which was kind of hard with such a big group.

Anyway, after a few moments of sneaking around, we got to Ema's house. We were immediately met by Jak, Ema's little brother.

"Hi!" He said, waving happily at this group of new people.

~Star~

The large group headed towards the back of some of the houses, quietly sneaking past the soldiers.

After only moments of sneaking behind houses, we were met by a young boy. He said hi, waving happily.

"Well, hello there." I answered, smiling. "And who might you be?" I asked politely, still smiling warmly.
