heh heh heh, the guys before that. And to answer your answer, kinda. He was the THIRD Flash. The first was Barry Allen, his grand father, and the second, Wally West. Technically, Barry and Wally are still the Flash(s). Bart was recently killed. Stupid danged Rogues. Stupid Captain Cold and those other guys, and stupid, stupid clone, Inertia. All of them are stupid. If they were real, I'd kill them. Bart never deserved that. NEVER. He was a good guy just trying to figure out his life. He was actually a sixteen-year old living in a 20 something year old body(courtesy of The Speed Force). Man, I still can't believe that writer, Marc Guggenheim killed him. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I should stop ranting, but I just hate that.

Oh, and just to be exact, it's a red jump suit with a lightning bolt wraooing around the nooks of his arms and his waists, yellow boots, a white circle on the middle of his chest with a yellow lightning bolt in the middle, and a red mask that connects to the jump suit and extends to the bridge of his nose. The mask also has lightning bolts sticking out where his ears are exteniding backward for about an inch or two inches. heh heh heh, yes, I'm obsessed.....and I was looking at a picture of him in one of my issues of "The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive". Thing is, I only like him because he used to be a Titan about two years ago. I like Wally, too because he was an orignal Titan. Barry sucks. He's a nice guy, I just don't like him.

Yeah, god, I still cry about Bart. He so didn't deserve that. He was such a nice guy....I know! I'll put what Robin(Tim) said at Titans Tower where he had a memorial for Bart.

What can I say about Bart Allen that hasn't already been said?

A good friend. An invaluable teammate. A legendary prankster.

Bart was so full of spirit. He didn't just appreciate life. He embraced it.

Whether you knew him as Impulse, Kid Flash, or, in the end, as the Flash--

--I have no doubt that his exuberance impacted each of your lives in a way you'll never forget. You'll never want to.

Titans new and old, today we don't mourn Bart Allen's passing...

...We celebrate his life.

Man, I stil cry when I read that. Then I go look at issue number 13 of the Flash and look at Bart dead, then read what he said during his funearl(see my signature), and I cry some more.

And, here's what Wally(the orignal Kid Flash and the second Flash)said when him and a few of his old teammates were on the Jet, going back to wherever they were after Bart's memorial:

Raven said: It was a fine remembrance.

Wally said: That it was, Raven

You know...

...When Bart said he wanted to join the Titans, I remember thinking, No way. Impulse is NOT Titans material.

Young Justice was one thing, but the Titans...? That was serious business.

Then, sure enough, he's a Titan for less than a day and he gets his kneecap blown clean off by Deathstroke.

Well, I don't know what happened in that hospital room--what went through his mind while he was in all that pain--

--But when came out the other end wearing that Kid Flash costume--with all that bravado? I was more against that then his Titans membership.

As far as I was concerned, he hadn't earned it. But I didn't stop him. I couldn't. As much as I didn't want any of this...

...I was excited for him. I thought...You go for it kid. You prove it to me.

In the end, I was right. Impulse wasn't Titans material.

Kid Flash was.

Wally is such a cool guy!
