I have computer ed as one of my subjects this term, and we are doing a touch typing course. I just use a couple of fingers, but touch typing is so awkward. If I'm the best in my class at the end of the course, though, I get a prize, so I'm practicing. This sucks.

I don't even try any more. I'm such a fast "pecker", and touch typing is just so hard! I've learned it(touch typing) a couple of times before via a computer program/game, but, as I've noted before, it's definetly not like riding a bike. I quickly reverted. Like you said, it's really awkward. And it's just so much easier to "peck".

I mean, in today's world, you(Not you in particular, just everybody in general)have to learn touch typing eventually. The world's being consumed by technology. I just wish learning wasn't so darn hard.

I'm not sure how your thing is, but when I learned the first few times, it was actually easy in the first few lessons. I, personally, think that the hardest part is stretching your fingers to the right numbers and other things like that. It get's very confusing.

Yeah, that's what I have trouble with. It' really simple otherwise, but man it's annoying having to stretch fingers. Ugh.

I can touch type like a pro! It's aminly because I have no life so I have plenty of time to practice! Vincent always makes jokes about it....just coz he can't touch type.....

It's so annoying, though...and I'm incredibly slow. I mean, I can keep my fingers where they're supposed to be, but I just can't type fast.
