Well it sounds like you like her then. If it's a maybe, then you should try it, and if nothing sparks, just break up with her.

Or, you could tell her that you need some time to think things through. I know she won't like that, but it'll give you time to think over if you like her or not, and if you want to go out with her or not....See where I'm going with this? ('^^)

I personally think that you should say no. I mean, even the concept of you guys being girlfriend and boyfriend online is stupid, especially since you've never even met or anything. Also, who's o say that she won't keep up with her mood swings and keep on breaking up with you, then trying to get back together with you again...?
