Is that scene from "Zuko Alone"? If not, than where from? It'd have to fan-made if it's not from that episode.....because that's the only episode with Ursa in it....

I'm pretty sure it was from "Zuko Alone". I've only seen that episode like, one time, and I think I only saw half of it. '^^ But yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the episode it's from!

Yeah, I've seen it like, five times. ^_^ I love it becasue it's a Zuko-centric episode. I mostly like it because we get to see him when he's younger, and that's always cool to see a character(especially one you really like)when they were younger.
