Yeah, she's an amazing writer. My story will be set when everything is finally back to normal. Just pretend that everything's all right. And it will be from Meggie's point of view. hopefully it's not too bad. And I've only got 100 pages to go until I've finished Inkheart again Smile

Yeah, I really like the thief lord myself. I've read Inkheart myself, but not Inkspell. I got about half-way through it but it was albeit boring in some parts - not as good as the first.
I'm writing a inkheart cross-over FanFiction though...
I've been busy lately thats why I haven't been on and writing. Got to start getting on more... Wink

Yeah, the Thief Lord is a really good book, but I can't say it was the kind of book for me. I love Inkheart and Inkspell because I love books and I can relate to the characters. That's definitely a good thing. Books are the best thing since chocolate! YEAH!

I saw the pictures of it: i never really thought anything gud about them. there are really...i never thought mo or dustfinger like that. but meggie is good
& the aunt...but capricorn is a strange guy 2 lol
i want to read the book..... INKDAWN! or inkdeath. i never really found out: but i hope its inkdawn..it (to me) sounds better.

Yes, Inkdawn sounds much better than Inkdeath. I dunno, Inkdeath just sounds really cliche and depressing.

I'll have to look at the pictures, but I am excited about the movie!

Can't wait for book three!

Well, maybe there should be a topic with InkHeart and a link to it...??
Anyway, even though I am off topic InkDeath sounds intresting but so does InkDawn. And, heres something intresting. The author wanted to title Inkspell Inkblood so, I personally think it'll be InkDawn. But, Inkdeath sounds really intresting. To me, at least Wink

Well, here's mine, with Meggie reflecting on past events...

A she looked out the window, Meggie sighed wistfully. Gwin was scampering around a tree, with not a care in the world. A cool wind blew into her open window, caressing her face like her mother does. She stared at the cloudless night sky, reflecting on the past events. Meeting Dustfinger, which felt like so long ago, seeing Capricorn, escaping from his village, and finally up to Capricorn’s death. That fateful night was one the Meggie remembered vividly. After she had finished reading the Shadow out of Inkheart, and killing Capricorn, she had begun to think that nothing good had come from the whole situation. She had murdered someone with words, hadn’t she? But reflecting on it at home, weeks later, she finally saw all the good points. Making a new, trusted friend in Farid, making a friend (but not a trusted one!) in Dustfinger, and finally getting her mother back. And she had gained a new ability and had become a stronger person. Not physically, but mentally and spiritually. Now I know that everything happens for a reason. Meggie though as she drifted off to sleep. Thank you.
